Martin Higgitt (Ilkley, United Kingdom) is a transport planner working in sustainable transport and behaviour change. In association with CoMoUK (the advocacy body for shared transport in the UK), they have been examining opportunities for shared transport services to be introduced and integrated alongside public transport in rural areas in Scotland to serve local communities and visitor markets.
