INTEGRATING SHARED MOBILITY INTO HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS

Many cities are placing an increased focus on infill development rather than the development of new land on the outskirts of the city. The goal: greater resource efficiency, sustainability and urban revitalisation. During this lab we will work out a strategy to remove barriers like parking requirements and involve the right stakeholders to develop low-car neighbourhoods. We will work on the integration of mobility management and shared mobility into urban regulations to address the challenges.

This session will be moderated by Joël Polus and François-Xavier Eloy, both from housing development company Thomas & Piron – Bâtiment.
