PRESENTATION The user-perspective of micro-mobility services

Evelien Marlier (Ghent, Belgium) works for the European Passenger Federation on the user perspective of technology in transport. She studied Sociology and Communication Management. Her mission is to campaign for effective multi-modal travel by conducting research and working constructively with the transport industry and decision-makers. Evelien has 7 years of experience developing and coordinating mobility campaigns. She focuses on user experience and involves end users to evaluate products and services. At the moment she’s active in the EU-funded project TMaaS where she provides the consortium knowledge on passengers’ expectations and stakeholder engagement.
